Early morning I was feeling really sore but want to to add something to the mix again. I decided to go with Shoulders and Arms from P90X. It's a great workout the concentrates on Shoulder Biceps and Trieps. It really isolates each muscle group to really get the most out of them. It's been a while so I went with a lighter weight with the shoulders and biceps but beasted with 20lbs for the ticeps. Some people don't like Tony Horton, for me he really helps motivate me to stop being lazy and push my self but in a smart and safe way. I have hurt myself from not following hat my body can handle and let my ego get the best of me. Remember to push yourself but to your limits not anybody else's limits.
Back to the T25 Update. With my energy up from Shoulder and Arms, I was ready for the Ab Intervals. Tell you the truth, with Chest and back and shoulders and arms this week, I was able to have better strength and stability which gave me more engagement of my core.
Right after with 2 minutes to catch a breath we went of to the land of Speed 1.0
I had some trouble with this one to keep focused on the moves. I had to slow down and make the moves count and sped up when I could. I am really glad the weekend is here. 2 day rest back to back with the optional stretch on Sunday. Another great day of working out. Off to the park with the family and enjoy the last few days of my vacation.
